What Causes Recurrent Lower Abdominal Pain In A Patient With IBS?

Sir I am 44 years old . There is lower abdominal pain which goes in right thigh and at the back. doctors diagnosed as IBS. I am taking colimex 3 times daily before meal. But after taking medicine I feel good for approximately 5 hours then again pain starts. I am taking this medicine since one month. No relife.Am I on correct treatment. Please guide me

IBS is chronic inflammation of colon this is psychosomatic disease irregular food habits and stress increases problem. in my clinical practice I have observed that along with herbal medicines meditation is prescribed it gives prompt relief
