Hello Dr. Rynne, last December a bunch of red, swollen, itchy bumps appeared on my arm and I assumed it was due to an allergic reaction to the Vitamin D I had just started. I immediately stopped taking the Vitamin D and haven t taken it since, however these bumps are still appearing only on my hands and arms. They itch so bad and they grow to be able the size of golf balls. Does this sound like something you ve had experience with before in your practice. I ve seen a dermatologist and my PCP on several occasions, neither knows what s going on. I haven t changed detergents, soaps, diet or anything like that. I don t have any pets and the only medication I m allergic to is Duricef so I stay clear away from that. If you have any insight as to what could possibly be going on, it would be greatly appreciated.
