What Causes Recurrent Itchy And Scaly Rash On Scrotal Sac?

Hello! Sir, I m a 25yrs old lad, since at the age of 13, I had an itchy,scaly and rash skin on my scrotal sack. I have visited numerous physician but in vain. Sometimes it disappear and sometimes it got worse. Usually lasted for 3 to 4 months. Now from my scrotum to penis skin, round but not like ringworm, round covering certain area of the whole penis of the the upper skin but not the penis tip. Sometimes it act like a line with red colour. Once I got injected a penicillin composition injection and it disappear almost for a year. This year in the month of July due to indigestion I got Aciloc inj. immediately my penis itch and it starts again. Is it bacterial, fungal or allergic cause? What medication should I prefer?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms given here could be due to fungal infection and it could be chronic one, in my opinion it can be well managed with "Miconazole cream" and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
