What Causes Recurrent Itching Sensation In Penis Despite Using Neo Clobenate GM?

Hello Doctor, I am 30yrs old, till date I have not had sex. My problem is I am getting itching inside my foreskin of penis for that I used Neo-Clobenate-GM, after applying its stop for day again in night its start itching. when I take back my foreskin in morning between skin lots of white thing I get it which I think cause irritation. and joint of foreskin is feel like a cut and its also itching. Please suggest what I do for that because its very embarrassing when its get itching on top of penis. Anup

I have gone through your query. Whitish thing form under foreskin is smegma which is accumulation of secretion of sebaceous glands. This is a normal thing. When this get accumulated and you are not cleaning it then it can cause fungal or bacterial infections.This area is so sensitive so using of soaps and irritants is discouraged. Using such irritants can cause more irritation and itching. You can use just warm water or saline for washing. Over washing is also not encouraged. For fungal infection you can use the present present medication Clobenate GM for 1 to 2 weeks. You shouldn't use this more than that also. Use cotton and lose under wear. Avoid underwear while sleeping.
