Hi,

The heaviness in your head, the post nasal drip and dizziness can be related to issues with your sinuses. This can be treated with the use of an antihistamine/decongestant combination along with a topical steroid nasal spray. In most people, there is no history of weakness on one side of the body so this may have to be assessed to see if there is a separate cause

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
