What Causes Recurrent Headaches Despite Taking Sertraline?

Hi, I have been having headaches for over a year now when they first started the first two days were quite bad and from then on they were every day and I still get them but I m on sertraline tablets and they do help but still get them and sometimes it s like a sharp pain at the side of my head and sometimes my ears hurt also get stabbing pains on top of my head and side.

I really appreciate your concern, most of the headaches are functional in origin and may not be due to any disease unless it is being diagnosed clinically, here in your case chances of migraine is likely, and it can be managed with Tab Acetaminophen with Methyl ergotamine three times in day hope this information helps.
