Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having headaches varying in severity for 4 months now . I have recently in past fortnight become very fatigued and struggle to get out of bed and have nondrive to do normal things like tidy up etc I have also been having random boots of hiccups when I stand up and have a nerve type pain in my lower back. My own doctor cannot see me for another month. I also have a great urgency and frequency to pee all the time and cam get up 5 times a night just to pee this is causing a sleep disturbance as well as the headaches and lower back pain
In my opinion, the back pain, the headache, fatigue, hiccups, and the frequent urination are symptoms that need to be evaluated sooner than after one month, because there are many problems that might cause these symptoms, and it's difficult to put a diagnosis only by the history provided by you.
You didn't mention any examination done, or any diagnosis that your doctor might have told you for a headache these 4 months.
I suggest you go to the ER for a physical examination, perform some blood tests and a head CT scan or MRI (if you haven't done any of these before.)
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Suela Gjata,
General & Family Physician
