Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it seems like acute upper respiratory tract infection involving sinuses causing sinusitis. Using analgesics like acetaminophen can be helpful and anti histamines like Cetrizine or Loratidine as well as antibiotics like Azithromycin may also be needed. Using nasal decongestant can also be helpful. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
