i have 11 months baby boy, he is getting temporary fever often but it goes upto 100, we are giving him crocin and in case fever doesnot goes we give him meftal, now he has started llose motions and we have done is urine test and in that we have 2 observations- puss cells - 20/30/HPF and Epithelial cells - 2-4/hpf please suggest

As per your clinical history is concerned he needs antibiotics like Cefixime with probiotics and give Crocin as usual, it is due to the bacterial infection only. Try to give ORS solution after each bowel motions if fluid replacement is not enough you can admit him at the hospital and give medications in IV drips.
