What Causes Recurrent Fever And Throat Pain?

Hi, im miki 2 weeks ago i collapsed, my vision get blured, whole body cramps fr toe to head and i feel hot. And Yesterday night i had fever of 40. When i woke up im okay go to work and At Noon Time i had 40 temp again. They brought to hospital took lab Test Dengue Ns1 -Nega and Urine-Normal. They discharge me and said im normal. I went home and had 39 temp, chilling when im sweating my temp will be back to normal. My throat hurts abit. I dont have cough, flu i can eat.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your symptoms you are suffering from Viral fever, difficulty in swallowing and sore throat is due to it. Viral fever is very common in changing season. There might be a secondary bacterial infection along with viral infection.
Following Treatment may be done

1.Salt Water Gargle- Mix 1 tsp of salt with warm water in a glass. Gargle for roughly 15-20 seconds and spit out. You can repeat this as needed for 2-3 days. Remember to spit the water rather swallowing it.
2.Take anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen/acetaminophen it will fever & swelling.
3.You should also take augmentin 625 OR azithromycin 500 twice a day for 5 days .
4.Drink plenty of fluids & liquid diet as you are unable to swallow.
