General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Kidspred syrup contains corticosteroid used to treat inflammation from allergy I believe in case of your baby.

I think if your baby is not feeling well and is hot, it is a case of possible lung infection that should not get underestimated.

So, to me should see his pediatrician as soon as possible. If cannot, then, send to the ER for immediate evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
