Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I get very small blister like bumps on my hands from time to time. If I hit them by accident in the center they are very painful. They initially appeared to be warts but then I noticed fluid in them after a day or two. Once they go down they leave a dark spot on the skin until totally gone, which takes several days. I can go for a month or more without them and then I get 1, 2 or 3, all at varying stages. Do I need to consult my physician?
A photo or a physical examination is needed to precisely confirm the diagnosis. It might be shingles. You can use acyclovir ointment to apply at the local area. If the symptoms continue you should consult your physician for a physical examination.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
