Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurrent acne on the face which occurs because of blockage of pores of salivary glands.

Need not to worry I would suggest you to

- Drink plenty of water.

- Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and take diet rich in vitamin E.

- Avoid sharp and spicy food and avoid sunlight exposure.

- Wash your face with face wash containing glycolic acid.

If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
