HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
I really appreciate your concern, just symptoms of abdomen pain and vomiting may not give any clue of intestinal obstruction, with the history of malignancy secondary lesion needs to be ruled out, later on comes the obstruction and to ruled out the obstruction clinical examination and investigation needed without this it can not be said to be a obstruction, some simple dyspepsia could be the reason of abdomen pain and obstruction hope this information helps.
