Hello and welcome to HCM.
Suffering from UTI thrice a month means it seems you have not taken prescribed medicines properly.you need to take antibiotics for 7 days.
Also as your scan and urine culture reports are normal,I would like to know what exactly your health complaints are which you call as UTI?If it is burning sensation while urinating with or without itchiness,it can be due to any sexually transmitted disease or candidiasis.
If I were your treating doctor ,I would recommend,
-Empirical treatment with cephalexin 500mg twice or ciprofloxacin 250 mg twice or nitrofuratoin 100 mg twice ,per day for 7 days.
-Drink minimum 6-8 glasses of water daily.Have adequate intake of fruits and vegetables for vitamin A.Empty your bladder frequently.
-If symptoms persists, would go for USG abdo pelvis, urinanalysis for leukocycte esterase and nitrites, urine culture, blood glucose .Accompanied by microcopic examination of vaginal discharge.
-If the UTI happens to be recurrent ,would start with prophylactic dose of antibiotic depending on culture report. This include antibiotic like ciprofloxacin 125 mg daily for minimum 6 months.
Hope this information helps .
