Noted the history of serious pain in the intestinal tract 2 weeks ago and the ER visit gave you only the pain medicine and the anti-
nausea medicines. The Visit to the Surgeon concluded to be of the thought of a scar from previous operation and now have peeling of the skin of the palms.
The most probable cause relates to the intestinal infection that has caused the
vitamin deficiency to cause the peeling of the skin.
The recurrent UTI can be due to inadequate treatment.
I would advise you the following:
Insist on the tests of blood, urine and stool.
Urine culture for aerobic as well as anerobic bacteria can give proper diagnosis.
Contrast enhanced
CT scan is required as also the opinion of a Gynecologist to decide the cause. There is a possibility of multiple problems being present at the same time.
Hence is the necessity of proper clinical evaluation by different Specialists.
A combined approach treatment gives better results.
