What Causes Recurrence Of Bladder And Yeast Infections?

two weeks ago I had a serious pain in my intestinal track. i went to the ER and they found nothing. they gave me pain pills and antinasua meds and set me home. i didn t take the pain meds. since then I have seen a surgon who says it s scar tissue from a previous surgery. no one is listening to me. over the past few months I keep getting bladder infections, yeast infections over and over. Now my hands have started to peal in the palms and today I started with another bladder infection. I don t know who to see but I know something is wrong with me. I will never go to the ER again.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of serious pain in the intestinal tract 2 weeks ago and the ER visit gave you only the pain medicine and the anti-nausea medicines. The Visit to the Surgeon concluded to be of the thought of a scar from previous operation and now have peeling of the skin of the palms.
The most probable cause relates to the intestinal infection that has caused the vitamin deficiency to cause the peeling of the skin.
The recurrent UTI can be due to inadequate treatment.
I would advise you the following:
Insist on the tests of blood, urine and stool.
Urine culture for aerobic as well as anerobic bacteria can give proper diagnosis.
Contrast enhanced CT scan is required as also the opinion of a Gynecologist to decide the cause. There is a possibility of multiple problems being present at the same time.
Hence is the necessity of proper clinical evaluation by different Specialists.
A combined approach treatment gives better results.
