What Causes Rectal Pain While Sitting?

i have unexplained rectal pain when sitting nexamined by colorectal surgeon anoscopy cat scan pain on right side anal opening about one half inch in. gi sees nothing on all test but hpv diagnosed now art visibl or on magnified anoscopy that can be removed thei conclusion undianosed rectal pain no fisure heeroi abscess or fistula any idea

Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from-Ano-rectal proctitis with anorectal HPV in ,causing coccydynia or pain on sitting.
ART-and Gardasil Vaccination would curb the HPV proctitis and would relieve the rectal pain while sitting.
Confirmation by HPV -PCR(Polymerase Chain Re action test) or by HPV-DNA test would resolve the diagnosis,when clear growth or lump is absent.

I would suggest to rule out accompanied hidden HIV cases like you, because HPV proctitis is commonly found in accompanied HIV infection.

AS other causes of rectal pain- like fissure in ano/ fistual / perianal abscess is not there, HIV with HPV proctitis- needs to be ruled out.

Hope this would help you to plan further care of this complex illness of yours.
