General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

In the absence of hemorrhoid, the second most common possibility sounds to be inflammatory bowel disease.

It is recommended to undertake a colonoscopy if not done till now and if done, kindly share the report with me in follow up chat.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
