What Causes Rectal Bleeding Post Defecation?

I am 23 year female. I have noticed 4 5 drops of bloods coming after I go to latrine. Plus right now I am suffering from yeast infection. But the blood after latrine started before 6 months from today. Also it burns there. I am worried has happened to me. Need guidance.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Rectal bleeding after defecation can be due to following reasons:
1. Piles or hemorrhoids - But in this case, there is repeated bleeding and bleeding sometimes is massive.
2. Fissure - very common, which occurs due to chronic constipation. Can be easily treated by cryosurgery.
3. Fistula-in-ano - an abnormal mucosal tract developing in anus and might bleed now and then. It needs to be explored surgically and closed.
Get yourself evaluated from a Surgeon to get appropriate solution.
