What Causes Rectal Bleeding During Bowel Movement?

Hi, I ve been rectally bleeding very minor (drop of bright red blood on poop & toilet paper mixed with yellow discharge stools look normal brown and not flat) since about August been to 3 Drs (one surgeon) had a Digital rectal exam found internal Hemorrhoids full of blood with itching and burning. Still burns a when pooping & bleeding has gotten better and doesn t bleed everytime I go to bathroom but keeps recurring over days (4 to 5 days) time and its painless bleeding nothing else hurts, I ve been tested for anemia 3 times including full blood work (came back normal) but not anemic, fingernails continue to get lighter (losing the dark pigment and can still see healthy moons on 8 of my nails) but iron levels stay the same was higher than the second time I was tested not fatigued and still can do life functions all day long. I m only 26 years old and this started in July and it was worse (lots of blood 3 to 4 whipes full of it) but since has gotten better (1 while with toilet paper and sometimes nothing and dry) but still bleeding, also, 2 Drs have looked in there one with a small lighted thing and have said no current bleeding inside rectum which says it s not constant or continuing. I m maintaining my weight eating still and basically still healthy other than when going to bathroom which I still go every day at noon sometimes can go twice a day. Also, am currently taking metemucil to help my situation I m asking is do you think in fact this is just Hemorrhoids and nothing else and would I be anemic by now since this has been going on for quite awhile almost 6-7 months? And thanks
