Hello,

Mostly your rash is due to Monocef. The following are recommended:
1) Immediately stop Monocef
2) Inform your treating physician
3) Take tab. Benadryl
4) If the rash is severe and other symptoms like difficulty in breathing occur, inj. Hydrocortisone 100mg may be required.
5) Calamine lotion will help to ease the rash.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
