What Causes Rashes On Upper Back And Neck Of An Infant?

My 18 month old son has recently had break outs on his upper back below the neck, it almost looks like a heat rash however it seemed to dissipate and go away after a few days. I treated him with some triple antibiotic lotion and it seemed to help. This was a few days ago now today it is back and almost looks blotchy. It seems to either itch or irritate him. It does not look like any type of poison ivy or sumac. The weather in our location has been very humid lately and seems like it contributes to his rash.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this was the rash because of some allergic condition then antibiotic does not have any role for this but it need to be treated with "Diphenhydramine lotion" be patient it will be fine soon, it is the allergic condition, some time it may be auto-immune disorders hope this information helps.
