Hello and welcome to HCM,
Rash extending from armpit to waist could be due to number of causes.
Allergy can lead to formation of rash. Allergy can be due to fabric, food, drug, etc.
Skin condition like dermatitis or eczema can lead to formation of rash, however, these rashes are itchy.
Viral infection can also lead to rash formation but rash due to viral infection is accompanied by fever.
All the above mentioned possibilities have to be taken care of while examining the rash.
A clinical assessment by a dermatologist is required to diagnose the condition.
Management can be done after diagnosis is made.

Thanks and take care
