What Causes Rashes On Tongue And Bad Breath?

Hi Sir/Madam Myself Pankaj from Kolkata (India).From last 1 year I have problem with my Tung. The problem is allows some rash are there and I have to brush my mouth very frequently and also bad smell are there. I have checkup with doctor and he prescribes one mouth wash and one capsule for 10 days, but nothing is improved.

Well come to HMC
This could be infection and this need to be treated accordingly, if I would be treating physician then I would treat this condition with Tab Tinidazole 700 mg twice in day for four days, with some vitamin supplement, "Povidone Iodine mouth wash" if these fails to responds then better to see the dentist, take care.
