What Causes Rashes On The Temple?

many rashes clustering on my left and right face temple for one month now. i have protein allergies and have not been indulging in proteins for about three weeks now and when i do i take antihistamin (claritin tabs). they are bothering me alot because i have never had rushes before. am now 30yrs old. they bust sometimed and remove an oily white substance then become black spots that are not going away. when i wake in the morning i find more. what could be the problem? i have other symptoms like stab-like left chest pain occassionally and few abdomonal pains below my ribs and abnormal periods (dark red/blackish colour) but i dont think they are related to the rashes. kindly brainstorm possible diagnosis for me...my esteem is at risk
