What Causes Rashes On The Shoulders And Acid Reflux?

I have had a rash on my back shoulders and chest off and on for a year. Nothing seems to help. Just recently I ve had swollen glands, canker sores in mouth, some acid reflux and pain in my abdomen around my belly button area. I ve also had night sweats for the last 2 years thought to be caused by medication. I ve also had intermittent periods for the last 4 months. Any suggests as to what might be going on? And I am a 48 year old women with chronic back pain. And have had 3 bad surgeries.

The rashes on your back &shoulders could be due to contact dermatitis&for example-tught fitting brassiers /material of garments may create allergy.
The glands you have with night sweating &may be evening rise low grade fever .. demand investigations for chronic debilitating diseases including TB. With general weakness.
Intermittent bleeding can be due to hormonal imbalance/premenopausal /possible chronic infection like TB.
Back ache can be age wise bony weakness (following calcium&vitamin defeciency).. mouth ulcers follow digestive problems like infection/constipation.
In sll your varied health problems extensive physical assessment with needful investigations to pin point the problems & specific msnagements.
