What Causes Rashes On The Neck And Chest?

My mom has a rash on her neck and chest started 2 weeks ago.2days ago her left armpit is swelled and mussy feeling. More in the front part of the armpit. She was diagnosed with mild congested heart failure on Feb 2017 . S he is 80 years old. Rash is red itches and burns.

Hello dear. May be she is having folliculitis. You can give her tablet amoxclav three times a day for 5 days and apply neomycin ointment in the area. Im sure it will get cleared. Ask her to drink lots of water to keep skin hydrated.
