What Causes Rashes On The Body And Fever Before Periods?

Just before my period every month I have rash appear and my body feels feverish. The rash starts as what looks like goose bumps. Then the goosebumps become incredibly itchy. When the itching comes to the point it is irresistible, the rash turns into large red wilted streaks a cross my back, inner thighs and sometimes forearms. What is this? It has been consistently happening to me for 5 years
