What Causes Rashes On The Body After Drinking Alcohol?

After one night of heavy drinking my body had gained rashes in my arms, legs and in the chest area. They are red and not itchy. I m worried that this might be an HIV rash because a week before that drinking incident I gave a blowjob to a man I met online. The blowjob only lasted about 15 seconds because as soon as I tasted something salty (might be precum) I immediately stopped. An hour before the BJ I brushed my teeth and we ate dinner. I m already paranoid even if he has already reassured me that he regularly gets tests and he is in the clear. Am I at risk at getting HIV? Currently it has been 10 days since the BJ incident and still I m feeling ok except for the rashes.

Allergist and Immunologist 's  Response
Hi,

HIV is not spread through saliva due to enzymes in saliva. Factors that may increase the risk of transmitting HIV through oral sex are oral ulcers, bleeding gums, genital sores, and the presence of other sexually transmitted diseases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
