What Causes Rashes On The Back And Arms?

I have had welts on my back and arms for 3 months. They do not go away; raised and red, blister; then I think they go away but they come back. Biopsy came back bug bite or allergic reaction to something ingested. Taking 2 clartin daily and using Clobetaqsol Propionate twice a day. I just had some blood work done. I have never had this before!!! I am 62 female and had the shingles vaccine around the same time of first breakout. I have no allergies and if bug bite I am the only one in family that is gotten bitten. Any ideas?

Hello,

The possibility of autoimmune skin disorders like bullous phemphizoid or allergic reaction. Until biopsy is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Continue above medication. Please consult your dermatologist he will examine and do a biopsy then if necessary he will treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
