What Causes Rashes On Penis Post Mastrubation?
it seems like my penis gets irritated after sex or masturbation, a rash occurs and sometimes a few red spots, they come and go. i have one red spot at the bottom of my penis, it recently appeared and i don't know what it is. i haven't had sex in 8 months and the rash still appears after i masturbate , idk what it could be or what to do.

Your symptoms suggestive of irritation dermatitis-like cause according to mentioned history.
You can apply topical steroid cream over that. There is no need to worry as it doesn't seem to be a sexually transmitted illness.
Wear loose cotton cloths and avoid tight clothes or underwear.
