What Causes Rashes On Legs And Grey Stool In Babies?

Hello, my 16 month old has had a bumpy rash on his legs and arms for about 2 weeks. He also just got roseola and the rash from that is almost gone. In the past 24 hours he passed two gray stools and is much more tired than usual. Are these things related? Should I be concerned?
