What Causes Rashes And Skin Bleeding While On Clonidine HCL?
I am taking Clonidine HCL. I have had rashes and slight bleeding under the skin. I had a stroke write after surgery that nicked the ventricle in three areas. I lost some speech, but had problems with red eyes too. I am taking eliquis 5 mg oral twice daily. The eye condition came on after I took the two medications listed. I also have Fractor 2 as a complication. All my other metications have never created any problems for years. What is the next step for me as a 61 year hold with normal health up to this point. I also exercise 4 times per weak and eat only prober foods. I am a retired Chiropractic. Thank you Dr. Curtis Reiss
hello, i can understand your concern. your symptoms are bot due to clonidine. they are a complication of blood thinner eliquis that you have been using. you would require a dose adjustment for eliquis.mild bruising shouldnt be a cause for concern but if you observe bleeding from any orifices, kindly contact your doctor immediately. most probably eliquis 2.5mg should be sufficient for you hope i have answered your query have a nice day
