What Causes Rashes Along With Muscle Pain On Exposure To Sun?

I have had a rash on my arms that kind of resembles hives but is slighty different it is when i get in the sun that it swells and begins to burn. with this is muscle pain all through my body nausea and what my grandmother is calling a butterfly rash on my face when i am in the sun longer than 10 to 15 minutes

Very thank you for following up. It seems you have a sun allergy, it is hypersensitivity to sunlight. We have a lots cells in skin, which answer to allergy.You have the most common locations, as the back of the hands, the outside surface of the arms,face and may be the lower legs.
You should get examined to rule out systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) by blood test, Photo-test at dermatologist.
Please avoid direct sunny rays, stay in shadow, wear hat, sunglasses, apply safe UV SPF 50 gel.perfume or soap can make the skin extra sensitive to the sun.
You remember that some perfume, soap, painkillers and some other medicines can increase photosensitivity.
