General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. The rash is probably related to a viral rash. I recommend using anti-inflammatory medications such as Tylenol for the fever. I also recommend using a mild steroid rash such as Calamine lotion. I recommend to give her liquids and rest. The symptoms will relieve in a few days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
