I am 23 year old female, I have developed a rash all over my body except on my face, it looks like little red dots all over they are not raised some are where I have scratched but most of them are not raised. They are very itchy, and I have taken benadryl to try and keep them from spreading but it has not helped at all. They first started on my upper legs and lasted a couple of days without spreading however today they have spread all over my upper body as well. I have broken out it hives a few times before from a sun reaction, but this rash is much diffrent it has not welted up like hives and my skin is not warm or tender like with hives. I had chicken pox and even a titer showing I am immune. I am a nursing students so I am exposed to a few patients but my rash does not seem to be spreading to anyone around me so I dont think it is something I caught. I would just like to know what it could me it has lasted about a week. Last week I did get a sore throat it seemed like allergies I was congested in my chest but not it my nose or sinus, just my throat was very sore it felt like really bad heartburn and I could not breath when I layed down flat, but that has gone away now, I do not have a fever maybe a slight cough but thats it no other symtoms.
