Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
After going through your medical details, I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that sometimes Vegas nerve is stimulated which strong internal stimulus like bowel movement due to which you experience dizziness, palpitations or passing out kind of symptoms.
Normally it's not serious if your are not facing it frequently but can get injured if experiencing passing out kind of symptoms.
Kindly consult a Physician for physical and diagnostic evaluation if there is any other underlying disease is present. Get an ECG and Echocardiography to exclude any heart disease associated with this.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind Regards
