What Causes Rapid Heart Rate Along With Nausea While On Pacemaker?
I have a dual chamber pacemaker implanted May 2014. I have an app on my iPhone called Cardiio it basically measures my pulse. This afternoon as I sat for dinner and before eating anything I started feeling nauseated, cold sweat, excessive salivation all the nausea symptoms, I measured my pulse with the Cardiio app and it was not reading any pulse. After about 4 minutes I could fell my pulse and the nausea subsided. I am totally dependent on the pacer. Any suggestions?

Definitely, the symptoms, you are describing may be due to weak pulse or absent pulse for a short period. If the pulse become absent or less than the set target, even for a few minutes, then there may be issue with proper working of your pace maker & you should consult your cardiologist about this.
