Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern and would explain that this feeling is quite normal during physical activity.
It is related to the increased heart rate and blood pressure caused by physical activity.
It does not indicate any serious medical condition. So, just relax and don't worry about it!

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Ilir Sharka,
