What Causes Rapid Heart Beats And Twitching Arm And Thumb?
My wife is having rapid heart beats and some twitching in her left arm and thumb. She says she feels compressed on her left arm like a blood pressure cuff. I checked her blood pressure and it reads 107 over 75. Her pulse rate is 79. I m a bit afraid to leave her by herself at the moment. Any thoughts?

Such symptoms of rapid heart beat with arm twitching or non-specific symptoms really need to be tested for some cardiac issues.
Otherwise, this can be due to anxiety or may be due to some nonspecific reasons. Wrong posture may be the reason for that, but all of these can only be thought when the cardiac evaluation test is negative.
