General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems you are having panic attacks. They seem very scary and patient might feel like he is going to die or something serious is happening with the heart but the truth is that they are generally self limiting and not dangerous. They improve in a few minutes to half an hour.

To help recover quicker from panic attacks you can be in a quiet place and try to control the breathing so you don't speed breathing. You can also breath in a paper bag (not plastic bag).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
