What Causes Rapid And Irregular Heart Beat?

I have a question so one night I felt my heart weird and I went to ER and the doc. Told I might have anxiety but he was concerned about my heart beat because it was beating up that 90 and he referred me to a cardiologist but I couldn t went for economic problems..... Later months I was at the gym exercising and my heart was really super hard than usual I felt my heart weird I felt like I was going pass out... And sometimes I feel irregular heartbeat... I m in my mid 20 s no heart problem history doesn t run in the family

you could be suffering from palpitations, or arrythmias
the reasons for which are many
cab be due to electrolyte imbalance,stress induced, severe anaemia,drugs like bronchodilators,or any cardiac problems involving the valves, or cardiac muscle or blood vessels.
i suggest you to please visit a cardiologist,undergo holter, 2d- echocardiography to rule out the possible problems
