What Causes Random Pain In The Shoulders And Blurred Vision?

I am 45 white female 5 2 140lbs . I have been feeling crazy bad lately . I will list everything that ive been experiencing :* random pain in my left shoulder (in the clavicle area) I have not been injured ..*pain in the left side of my neck * feet & legs swelling and numbing/tingling , legs feel very heavy & a bit shaky at times * feeling nauseous & fatigued , dizzy/light headed gets worse when I walk so does the numbness in my legs , I feels slight pressure in my upper chest & throat area . blurry vision , time to time my thinking just doesn t feel clear . foggy I guess u might say .. that is most of the main symtoms for the most part . I am sure I forgot a couple but these I believe are the major ones . I have had a ablation surgery last summer for om my heart . t kept racing out of control they had to stop and restart it 4 times that year . ive had palpitations after the surgery my heart ave. beats per min are 112-120 then some times it drops to 60ish for a short time then back up .
