What Causes Raised Skin Between Anus And Vagina?

My 15 year old daughter has been complaining for some time now from what she thought was a hemorrhoid, I gave her preparation H but she said its not helping. I finally convinced her to let me look at it, it is definitely not a hemorrhoid. It is the skin between her anus and vagina, it is raised, not like a round lump, the area just looks raised and raw. I feel so bad for her. She said it doesn t itch, nor does it hurt all the time, mostly only when she has a bowel movement. Please give us some advise.

HI
Well come to HCM
Here the symptoms are more important that proved haemorrhoid the name it self suggestive of, like if there is no bleeding per anus, no pain, no constipation, difficulty in sitting then this may not be haemorrhoid least concern what you are seeing there, still it is advisable to get done the clinical examination because Doctor would be the final judge for this, hope this information helps, take care.
