What Causes Racing Heart, Muscle Weakness And Breathlessness?
I am 48 years old, suffer from asthma but it s under control. In th last 2 weeks I have had problems with my racing heart, about 96 beats per minute. Also an extreme shortness of breath, I can t even walk 10 meters without having to stop for a while. My muscles feel weak during this walking episodes.

I wonder if you have changed the treatement of asthma .If so please go back to physician and take proper dose. or If you are taking exact dose, not decreased, then get one ECG to confirm any heart related problems. Dont leave as it is. Please take appointment with doctor and show reports. Take care
