You have mentioned that you are attracted to men and that you desire to have sex with men. However, you have not mentioned whether you are sexually attracted to women also.
If your sexual inclination and attraction is only to men, then you are Homosexual. If it is for both men and women, then it would mean that you are Bisexual.
Regarding your problem of premature ejaculation, there are several ways to control early ejaculation. You can practice techniques like the "start-stop technique" and the "squueze technique". Practicing Kegel's exercises can also help you gain ejaculatory control.
If your problem is severe, medication can also be tried. There are medication like Dapoxetine that delay ejaculation time.
