What Causes Pus Oozing Lumps Behind Ears Along With Pain In Ears?

I have lumps behind my ears that if squeezed produce a puss but sometimes seeps liquid I clean them every day when i was and have tried antibacterial cremes also now my left ear feels very tender and aches it hurts it if i chew an has a clear slightly yellow liquid seeping from the inner ear which is beginning to smell like metal I have thick hair down to my lower back and was thinking that it was causing the lumps behind my ear as it causes me to sweat in this weather I have pierced ears but rarely wear earrings and if I do they are small studs if i was unhygienic I would be less worried but im very thorough with my cleanliness thanks in advance for your reply
