General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a bacterial infection. I suggest to:
- Use warm compress. Gently apply a warm compress to the infected pimple twice a day
- Apply benzoyl peroxide; this is an over-the-counter (OTC) cream that kills bacteria.

Keep the area clean. Avoid touching the pimple, and clean it regularly to stop the infection from spreading and creating more infected pimples.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
