What Causes Pus Filled Swellings Overnight?

I ive been feeling really tired and bummed out for the last couple weeks or so and i got a swollen finger over night and couole nights later i woke up and it had pus all in it and afyer a couple weeks the pus came out and all the dead skin on ny finger started to fall off. After a couple days i woke up and the lrft side of my bottom lip was all swollen and now it looks like theres pus in it too and it hurts i dont know whats going on with me

Hi.
As per your case history you are having multiple furuncles.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin and linezolid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
