What Causes Pus Filled Bumps On Vagina Upon Wearing Sanitary Napkin?

It seems like everytime i wear a pad i get one or two puss filled bumps on my vagina...i put a hot towel on it and it started to drain. I squeezed the puss out and it bled now it looks like sore...its not hard or rough but im scared...now it seems like im having anal discharge...i did have a bowel movement las night and i dont thing all the bowel passed but im discharging n i dont know if its blood from the bump or bowel...im worried

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the bleeding per rectum then it needs to be ruled out for fissures and hemorrhoid if it not the rectum bleeding then it is nothing to worry some time it may irregular bleeding, it is advisable to get done the clinical examination hope this is information helps.
